Not recommended at all Positive: The location in zamalek Negative: The place was very hot the AC wasn’t working and the alleviator which is close to the ward am staying in is not working so i had to transfer my entrance and exit from the second lobi . Moreover the trash room’s door was always open. Wasn’t really satisfying to see this image every-time i cross the corridor. We stayed in villa atouta which is owned by the same company! It was much fun and luxury experience than lemon space zamalek . I wish to take care more about the details because it matters . I wouldn’t recommend it to any one. Specially the cars issue which are not allowed to wait us because the police is very strict about the traffic management !

ولكنني سوف اعيد التجربه لانها كانت ملاحظات بسيطه و اتمنى لو تاخذونها بعين الاعتبار ولكن بشكل عام استمتعت بالاقامه Positive: الموقع ممتاز ، يوجد قاعه مطاعم و سوبر ماركت صغير داخل الفندق و يوجد حوض سباحه ، الشقه كبيره و واسعه التكيف بارد يوجد بنك الاهلي داخل الفندق، و الستاف متعاون و محترم Negative: السجاد في دور 6 يحتاج تجديد ايضاً بالغرفه رقم 607 لانه في رائحه مزعجه كأنها رطوبه. الاسفنج متهالك في السرير الذي داخل الكنبه. الحمامات فيها عفن اسود يرجى العنايه في النطافه اكثر. لا يوجد خدمة تنظيف بالشقه كنت اتمنى لو بس يتم تنظيف سلة المهملات كل يومين لانني حجزت 5 ايام و كنا نحتاج تنظيف

Comodidad en el corazón de El Cairo Positive: Ubicación, amplitud, instalaciones y gran parte del personal. Negative: Que no hubiera servicio de limpieza de la habitación ni utensilios para realizarla tú misma.

رائع 👏 Positive: حي الزمالك عند كلية الفنون شارع محمد ثاقب حي جميل جدا وكل شي قريب منك مطاعم ومقاهي ومحلات كثيرة ومنطقة جدا آمنة الفندق موحد في مبنى كبيرة وشقة جدا نظيفة الفراش نظيف وجميع الموظفين كثير متعاونين مع نزلاء وكانت اجواء جميلة جدا واشكر جميع الموظفين والعاملين بدون استثناء لذا انصح فيه وبشدة خاصة العوايل هدوء وامان Negative: اتمنى فقط تغير سرير أريكة غير مريح
